I have received phone calls from various organizations soliciting money for "Police Associations" or my "local Police Dept.", should I donate to them?
The members of the Town of Boonton Police Department are represented by Local #212 of the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association. Our fundraising is done entirely by mail and we will
never call by phone to solicit a donation. The phone solicitors do not represent our officers and any funds donated to these organizations do not benefit your local police.
