On June 6 at 2:34 AM Officer Anthony Limandri conducted a motor vehicle stop of a silver Honda on Toner Road for an equipment violation. In speaking with the driver identified as Joshua White age 25 of Springfield MA, the Officer detected an odor of marijuana and observed Marijuana on the console of the vehicle. The drive r was charged with failure to maintain Lamps, Possession of CDS, Marijuana and Possession of CDS in a vehicle. He was processed and released pending a court date.

On June 7 at 9:19 PM Wal-Mart Loss prevention contacted the Police because of a subject that refused to leave the store, after being observed opening items in the cosmetic department. The suspect identified as Samuel St Juste age 21 of Boonton refused to cooperate with Officers and was arrested and charged with shoplifting, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of justice. He was processed and released pending a court date.

On June 9 at 2:21 AM Officer Anthony Limandri observed a vehicle travel through the red light at Myrtle Ave and Wootton St. He conducted a motor vehicle stop for the violation and the driver identified as Jerame J Secaras age 33 of Lake Hiawatha was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and charged with Failure to observe a traffic signal, driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. He was processed and released pending a court date.

On June 10 at 11:58 PM Officer Anthony Limandri observed a vehicle traveling on Wootton St at a high rate of Speed and there was a group of people crossing the roadway at the intersection of Church St. He conducted a Motor vehicle stop on Boonton Ave. The driver identified as Kyle A Neuenhaus age 30 of Boonton was also allegedly under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and charged with Failure to yield to a pedestrian, driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. He was processed and released pending a court date.

A charge is merely an accusation, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty
