On April 19 at 12:18 PM Sergeant Richard Vnencak arrested Thomas E. Holland 26 of Boonton on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court from Carlstadt. He was processed and released pending a new court date.

On April 21 at 12:10 AM Patrolman Christopher Petonak arrested Gregory M. Maurer, 23 of Woodbury NJ on an outstanding contempt of court warrant from Woodbury NJ. He was processed and released pending a new court date.

On April 21 at 12:40 AM Sergeant Stephen Jones Arrested Louis P. Governara, 38 of Jersey City on an outstanding contempt of court warrant from Jersey City. He was Processed and released. He was additionally charged with driving while suspended.

On April 21 at 2:16 AM Patrolman Christopher Petonak conducted a motor vehicle stop of a Red Lincoln on Boonton Ave for speeding. While the Officer was speaking with the driver he detected the odor of marijuana. The Officer inquired about the odor and the driver turned over a bag of marijuana. The Driver, Matthew C LaFiura, 21 of West Milford was arrested and charged with speeding, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. He was processed and released pending a court date.

On April 21 at 4:18 AM Patrolman Christopher Petonak observed a silver Nissan driving slowly and weaving within the roadway while heading south. He conducted a motor vehicle stop and when speaking with the driver the officer detected an odor of alcoholic beverage and the driver allegedly had slurred speech. Benjamin Reid, 36 of Orange was placed under arrest. He was processed and charged with failure to maintain a lane, Reckless Driving and Driving while intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

A charge is merely an accusation, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty
