On August 2, at 11:06 PM Police Charged Jeffery B Eckert age 51 of Boonton with Obstructing administration of law, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license. After a motor vehicle stop conducted on Green St. Kevin D Eckert age 20 of Boonton was also charged with obstructing administration of law. The driver allegedly became combative with the officer and had to be physically arrested. During which time the son released two pit bull type dogs from the residence in the direction of the Officers. Both were processed and released pending a court date.

On August 4, at 1:39 AM Police responded to Church St on a reported motor vehicle crash. Officers observed a Dodge pickup truck on the sidewalk and identified the driver as Anthony P. Bolcar age 25 of Boonton. The driver was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and was arrested and processed. He was released pending a court date.

On August 7, at 1:17 AM Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a white Hyundai on Myrtle Ave for an equipment violation. The driver identified as Joseph A Benenato age 20 of Lincoln Park. was charged with driving while intoxicated for allegedly being under the influence of marijuana, possession of Marijuana and equipment violation. A passenger identified as Kim C Deguzman age 25 of Lincoln Park was Charged with Possession of a weapon for having a knife on his person. Both were processed and released pending a court date.

On August 11 at 2:46 AM Police arrested Lynsi A Defalco age 21 of Towaco for an outstanding warrant from Pequannock Twp. She was also charged with driving without a license and Driving while suspended. She was processed and released pending a court date.

On August 13 at 2:52 am Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on William St for failure to signal. The driver identified as Joshua Y Min age 27 was allegedly under the influence of and in possession of Marijuana. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of Marijuana and failure to signal a turn. He was processed and released pending a court date.

On August 15 at 10:07 PM Police arrested Carlos R Diaz-Figueroa age 20 of Boonton on an outstanding warrant. He was processed and turned over to Morris County Sheriffs Department.

A charge is merely an accusation, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty
