On March 13 at 4:32 PM Police arrested John H. Foster Jr age 46 of Wharton on outstanding warrants for contempt of court from Irvington and Randolph. Foster was processed and turned over to Irvington Police.

On March 14, at 3:59 PM Police responded to Wal-Mart on a reported shoplifter. Wal-Mart security reported that they observed a male, identified as Gavis J Soto age 43 of Newark conceal six bottles of cologne valued at $285.00 on his person and tried to leave the store, Soto was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released pending a court date.

On March 16, at 12:37 am Police arrested William J Cucos age 53 of Haledon. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and Cucos was found to have a suspended driver’s license. He also had two outstanding warrants from Newark and Haledon for failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended. He was processed and released pending a court date.

On March 16, at 6:33 PM police responded to Wal-Mart on a reported shoplifter fleeing from the store with merchandise. Wal-Mart security observed the alleged shoplifter, identified as Jaime I Frasche age 20 of West Milford, cut a security cable on a TV and leave the store without paying for the TV. When confronted by security she attempted to flee and a waiting vehicle left the area. Frasche was transported to police headquarters where she was processed and released pending a court date.

A charge is merely an accusation, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty
