On February 19, at 7:33 AM police responded to a reported attempted theft of a purse in the Plaza Restaurant in Dells village. Officers spoke with the victim and obtained a description of the suspect. Police located the suspect, who was identified as Christopher J. Schick age 47 of Newton. He was placed under arrest and transported to Boonton Police Headquarters for processing. He was charged with theft and released pending a court date. At 7:39 PM Police took a report of a stolen bicycle from the Dels village shopping center. At 2:06 Am February 20th Police responded to a reported burglary and theft of a motor vehicle from a resident of Chestnut St. Detectives responded and the Newton address of Christopher Schick was checked and the stolen vehicle was found in close proximity. On February 28th Christopher Schick was additionally charged with Burglary, Motor vehicle theft and theft of the bicycle. Bail was set at $50,000 with 10% option by Judge Wubbenhorst. The suspect was served with the complaints in the Sussex County Jail.

On February 21 at 11:24 PM Police responded to 307 Main St on a reported dispute. Jimel A Francis age 29 of Norristown PA was found to have outstanding warrants from Trenton and Hackensack. He was placed under arrested and processed and turned over to Bergen County Police.

On February 24 at 12:42 PM Zain Naqvi age 23 of Boonton was processed on an outstanding contempt of court warrant he was processed and released.

On February 25 at 1:20 AM police arrested Ruben Coyotl-Garcia age 29 of Boonton on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. He was processed and released after posting bail.

On February 25 at 1:09 PM Michael J. Petrowski Jr, age 44 of Boonton was processed on an outstanding warrant. He was released pending a new court date.

On February 25 at 12:29 PM Police arrested Adam A Stevison age 28 of Boonton on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court from Scotch Plains. He was processed and released pending a new court date.

On February 25 at 4:40 PM Police arrested Alexandra L Rawding age 24 of Montville on an outstanding contempt of court warrant. She was processed and released pending a new court date.

On February 26, at 10:27 Am police arrested Robert M. Yuen age 33 of Boonton on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. He was processed and released pending a new court date.

On March 1 at 3:57 Am police responded to the 800 block of Main St on a reported dispute. They identified a male actor that had made threatening statements to a friend that he would stab the friend in the face. The suspect, identified as Dustin L Cunningham age 22 of Little Ferry was placed under arrest. He was transported to Police Headquarters where he was charged with terroristic threats and Possession of a weapon. He was transported to the Morris County Jail in default of $20,000 Bail with no 10% option set by Judge Wubbenhorst.


A charge is merely an accusation, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty
