On September 5 at 9:36 am Police were called to Kings Supermarket on a reported shoplifting of baby formula from the store. The case was followed up by Boonton Police Detectives and On September 17 Police charged Ryan C Rhinesmith age 30 of Morristown with Shoplifting. On September 27 an accomplice was identified as Nicholas A Smith age 20 of Oak Ridge. Smith was additionally charged with Shoplifting and is due to appear in court on the charge.

On September 22, at 1:23 PM police arrested Kadeem D Mussington age 23 of Bedminister. Police observed several motor vehicle violations and conducted a stop of the suspects vehicle. He was allegedly under the influence of controlled substance and was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Mussington was additionally charged with Possession of controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane and improper passing. He was processed and released pending a court date.

On September 22, at 5:36 PM Police arrested Joseph M Justus age 22 of Dover on an outstanding warrant from Paterson. He was additionally charged with hindering his own apprehension. He was processed and turned over to Paterson Police.

On September 23 at 11:01 PM Police observed a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner on Birch St in the area of Green St. The Officer conducted a motor vehicle stop and the driver, identified as Joseph A Pollina III age 32 of Boonton was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. He was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters for processing. He was charged with failure to keep right, reckless driving, and driving while intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

On September 25 at 8:14 PM Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Vreeland Ave for an expired registration. The driver identified as Louis M Klien age 49 of Lake Hiawatha was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to police headquarters where he was processed and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, having an expired registration. He was released pending a court date.

On September 26 at 8:05 am police conducted a motor vehicle stop on fanny Road for a speeding violation. The driver was asked for his credentials and could not provide proof of insurance. A check was conducted and an outstanding warrant was found for the driver, identified as Neil R Higby age 31 of Towaco, while being searched incidental to arrest Mr Higby was found to be possessing two bundles of controlled substance thought to be heroin. He was charged with Speeding, No insurance, Possession of Controlled dangerous substance and Possession of controlled danger substance with intent to distribute. He was processed and remanded to Morris county Jail in default of bail.

On September 27, 2012 at 2:59 AM police observed a vehicle speeding on Myrtle Ave and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The driver identified as Graham C Sheasby age 27 of Mountain Lakes was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing. He was charged with speeding, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and refusal to submit to a breath test. He was released pending a court date.

A charge is merely an accusation, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty
